I had some very serious open wounds, and there were signs of infection. It was essential that I get immediate, professional care to prevent them from getting worse. And that’s exactly what I got at Wichita Center.
The team was amazing, so kind and nice. But they were also gentle, dressing my wounds with such care. It was difficult: because of the pandemic, I couldn’t see my family, but the nurses and the assistants became like family to me.
My wounds are almost completely closed now, and if anyone asks me about rehabbing at Wichita Center, I’d say “Go! They’ll make you feel better faster!” The staff there has the healing touch.
